If you encounter any issues with your grow kit upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@mondogrowkits.com, preferably within 3 days of receiving the package. This will allow us to promptly assess the situation and, if necessary, send you a replacement kit. If you experience any problems with the grow kit after a more extended period, please also reach out to info@mondogrowkits.com. We will work together to find the best solution. It’s important not to discard the kit, as we might require photos for our assessment.
